Important: BetCX7 operates as an online betting platform serving registered users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and BetCX7 ("we", "us", "the platform"). 01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility
To open and maintain an account on BetCX7, you must meet all of the following criteria:

- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been banned from BetCX7.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional agent.
BetCX7 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot confirm your age or identity to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Age Restriction: BetCX7 takes underage gambling very seriously. We use verification checks and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 18. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned minus any winnings, which are forfeited.
03 Account Registration
One Account Per User
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on BetCX7. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether by device, IP address, payment method, or identity document — all secondary accounts will be closed and any balances transferred to the primary account at our discretion. In cases of deliberate multi-accounting, all accounts may be permanently suspended.
Accurate Information
You are required to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and at all times thereafter. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. BetCX7 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BetCX7 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@betcx7.biz. We will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
BetCX7 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for Pakistani users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.
- Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly to your BetCX7 wallet.
- BetCX7 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
- Standard processing time is within 24 hours of approval; most withdrawals via NayaPay and SadaPay complete within minutes.
- BetCX7 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements.
Third-Party Payments: BetCX7 does not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any funds received from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
05 Betting Rules
All bets placed on BetCX7 are subject to the specific rules of each sport or game category. General betting rules include:
- Bets are only valid once confirmed by the system and a bet slip reference number is issued.
- BetCX7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is clear evidence of a pricing error.
- In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's rules as published on our platform.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day — these are displayed at the time of bet placement.
- Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays due to data feed latency. BetCX7 will not be liable for bets placed based on information known to the bettor at the time but not yet reflected in the live odds.
- BetCX7 reserves the right to limit bet sizes or close accounts that display professional or arbitrage betting patterns.
06 Bonuses and Promotions
BetCX7 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, and other promotional offers to both new and existing users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal — the specific wagering requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- BetCX7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred or sold.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in all bonus funds being forfeited and the account(s) being suspended.

09 Intellectual Property
All content on BetCX7 — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of BetCX7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any BetCX7 content without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of BetCX7 content will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.
10 Limitation of Liability
BetCX7 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetCX7 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

- Any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature.

In no event shall BetCX7's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification and wagering requirements have been met.
BetCX7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, if we believe the account has been used in violation of these Terms. In such cases, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.
